ANTHONY MANNARINO, VICE PRESIDENT

Biography: Mr. Mannarino is a Vice President with RA Capital Advisors. Since joining the firm in 2004 he has had broad responsibility for merger, acquisition, and financing assignments across a wide range of industries with an aggregate value in excess $2.5 billion. Before joining the firm, Mr. Mannarino worked as an equity research associate in the biotechnology group of Lazard Frères & Co. LLC. Prior to this, he served as the sales manager for a health information company in New York. In 2004, Mr. Mannarino received his MBA from the Robert Emmett McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University where he graduated with honors. He also studied medicine at the CUNY Medical School in New York. Mr. Mannarino is a FINRA-registered securities representative.

ELIOT PETERS, VICE PRESIDENT

Biography: Mr. Peters is a Vice President with RA Capital Advisors. Since joining the firm in 2003 he has had broad responsibility for mergers, acquisitions, financings and IPO advisory assignments across a wide range of industries. Most recently Mr. Peters advised on the initial public offering of Seaspan Corporation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Peters was a senior auditor specializing in the media, technology and hospitality industries with Ernst & Young, LLP and Arthur Andersen, LLP in Los Angeles. During his time with the aforementioned firms Mr. Peters was in charge of the day-to-day operations of the audits of several medium and large public and private companies. Mr. Peters graduated with high honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara where he received a bachelor’s degree in business economics with an emphasis in accounting. Mr. Peters is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California, and a FINRA-registered securities representative.
