MICHELLE GABLE BILSKI, SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Biography: Ms. Bilski is a senior associate with RA Capital Advisors. Since joining the firm in 2001, she has had broad responsibility for mergers, acquisitions, financings and restructuring advisory assignments across a wide range of industries. Before joining the firm, Ms. Bilski worked in Washington DC, most recently as the Director of Client Services and a Senior Financial Analyst with cyberCFO. Prior to this, she worked at The Carlyle Group, managing their international leveraged buy-out funds, and as an auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP, both in Washington. Ms. Bilski received her bachelor's of business administration degree in accounting from The College of William and Mary, is a Certified Public Accountant and a FINRA-registered securities representative.
